We are a COLLECTIVE with a founding intent based on HAIRDRESSING. That is what makes CBC stand out in the industry.

The COLLECTIVE is about gaining knowledge together – for the craft, artistry, and dedication that we call hairdressing. Celebrating the journey, not just the destination. We want to grow together, to develop special experiences that encourage creativity, and a brand that hairdressers and consumers both love. We look to inspire the world through our ARTISTS and AMBASSADORS by cutting, coloring, styling, business building, and branding techniques. We deliver tools we have artistically created to support the hairdresser and their guests. With the offerings of our unique TOOLS to the Personalized Training, Exciting Stage Presentations, Spellbinding Main Stage Presentations, and all of our photographic work, we deliver INSPIRATION, EDUCATION, and TOOLS that are the keys to any successful Journey. The CBC CREATIVE TEAM is consistently in the Finals of the competition world both Nationally and Internationally. The Team is at the head of Creative Direction for not only their own brands and campaigns but as well with for Top Global Companies, Teams, and Stylists in the USA and Globally. We love to share the World – the COLLECTIVE is a culture and a community for hairdressers to thrive and be inspired and be supported in their own success along with the COLLECTIVE!
